If you are a member of a monthly product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time either by submitting a ticket at our support site, contact via e-mail or by telephone. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within 2 business days of the request.

Cancelled members may request to receive a refund, less any shipping and handling fees, of charges made within 30 days of requesting cancellation.

One-time purchases of digital products are subject to a 30 day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 30 day period begins on the date the product is ordered.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If, for any reason during the review period, you do not wish to keep the product, you are required to request a return authorization form at www.customerhelpdesk.org or via e-mail at support@dotcomsecrets.com.

Any return of a physical product MUST be accompanied by a completed return authorization form and must be received within the 30 day review period. All products received after the 30-day period are non-refundable.

Product Returns: Physical Products

If the product is returned in new and unopened condition, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees. ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is solely your responsibility. We do not accept COD.

A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met:

1. The product return is not authorized

2. The product is completely broken and unusable

3. The product is returned incomplete

4. The product is returned beyond the required return date
