How one real estate agent used the Micro-Continuity system to create a sustainable monthly income in the midst of a shattered market.
Six years ago, Anthony Nitz, a real estate agent from California, discovered a secret so controversial, that he started receiving threats from other real estate agents for trying to share it with home owners. This knowledge would allow people to sell their homes without an agent – and even get the agents to pay them. It would save the average home owner in excess of $10,000 in the sale of their property!
Realizing he had something big, he wrote an ebook and put it on the market. The problem was, the right people weren’t getting his message. Sales remained stagnant for years. Then the real estate market crashed, and the comfortable income Nitz was earning as an agent dried up fast.
“It got to the point where I was collecting unemployment,” Nitz said, “And to me that’s the equivalent of being homeless. I just couldn’t stand it.”
He realized he had a choice. He could get sucked into the trap of unemployment and poverty or take action.
“I decided to take action,” Nitz said.
He ordered a Micro-Continuity MP3 player and took in all the information he could. When he finished, he knew he had to take the course. Even though money was so tight it was a struggle to pay for groceries, Nitz said he found a way to keep taking lessons.
“I knew that I could go buy a fish and feed my family for a day, or I could learn something new, and learn to feed them for a long time,” he said.
His decision paid off. He turned the content of his ebook into a Micro-Continuity video coaching program and launched it at FSBOMindset.com. Nitz started seeing almost immediate results.
We asked Nitz to share the ins and outs of how he turned a failed ebook into a full time income, and managed to do it in a market most people are running from. He agreed, and shared some powerful ideas that anyone with limited resources can use to make an online business a success. A portion of our interview is below:

Q: It’s no secret that the real estate market has taken a big tumble over the past couple years. Has the recent economy had an impact on your business?
A: Oh, of course. As a practicing real estate agent my business has definitely been affected. I mean to the point of what looked like no return. But I also knew that with as many distressed sales happening that people were looking for another low cost solution. So, after letting the ebook sit for a while I started looking for another way of delivering the message which would also help increase my income back to normal.
Q: What’s the biggest stumbling block you had to jump over before you discovered the Micro-Continuity system?
A: Rejection of course. Rejection from JVs, rejection from consumers by not buying, and rejection from within my own sphere of business connections who were mostly real estate agents. I actually had my car egged, threatening emails, stopped in the grocery store by other agents and cussed out because they felt like I was interfering with their potential for doing business. But it’s that type of rejection that kept telling me – “Hey, you’re on to something.”

Q: How did you come across the Micro-Continuity system and what made you decide to use it to sell the FSBO Mindset?
A: I received an email one day from another internet marketer talking about a free MP3 player from this Brunson guy. When I landed on the sales letter I read the whole thing, watched all the other videos that I could connect to and realized that, unlike most of the other IM’ers who I had bought from, this Brunson guy might be actually telling whole truths unlike the half truths or limited information I had received so many times.
I got the MP3 player with no intention of doing the video coaching program but then realized the value it offered and found a way to pay for it each month. As the training went on, I actually remember having tears come to my eyes as Russell discussed different strategies for generating traffic and the whole concept of continuity. I had never heard these before and if I had, I would be much further today. I knew then it was the way I would make my impact on the real estate market.
Q: What was your reaction the first month when you realized you were not just making money selling your FSBO Mindset system, but that you were making a substantial income?
A: I’ll paint the picture for you very simply. A 42-year-old man giggling like a little girl. That’s it. I was giggling for a couple of reasons, however. Of course the money is important. But I was giggling because I knew that the right message was getting to these home owners and putting them in control.
Just like Russell Brunson impacted my life by exposing me to Micro-C, I was impacting other people’s lives by exposing them to a way of saving tens of thousands of dollars in commissions. I was doing something good for other people. And I also knew it was going to be the steam roller effect. This thing is just going to get bigger and bigger. People may not realize that on average in the US alone there are about 425,000 homes sold each and every month. That’s a continuous stream of people who need the information each and every month.
Q: Looking back at the years you’ve marketed the FSBO Mindset, is there anything that stands out in your mind that motivated you – even through some tough times?
A: Oh, always it’s my family and then every single time I heard a story of a real estate deal gone wrong, it just infuriated me because I knew it was likely an under qualified or inexperienced agent behind the problem. I always maintained that a great agent is worth their weight in gold but there are just too few of them and even the bad ones are very skilled at making you think they’re good. My program not only helps you discover how to sell without an agent and in fact get agents to pay you instead but it also shows people how to find the right agent if they decide that’s the route they choose.
