I am all set up for my product. I created my product, a few of them actually, had them made with kunaki.com, figured out how I want to package them and market them and posted one on eBay and have made sales : ) I will have more products ready for eBay within a few days. I also have them poste on my website an plan to use various traffic exchanges to promote them, hopefully building my list.
For phase 2, we are to develope a product, using outlines, then figure out how to package out products, readying them for market, then actually go out and list them on eBay to sell, testing the market and actually creating a few bucks from our products. I will plan to do that, in addition to other forms of marketing, to test those waters too.
Packaging my product so It can go to market is the next step. For my products I have chosen to create for this challenge, a CD & Video compulation of instructional and promotional products. The existing product will be burned to CD & packaged for actual shipping. Within that CD will be links to "upsell Video's". The plan is to sell on eBay at first to test the market, then expand into more conventional ways of marketing.
Been running around trying to get my product togethr. i actually have many projects in mind an in my "Think Tank", but most are very time consuming to develope and I most likely would not have them ready for this challenge. But the experience and knowledge I learn here will be the key to FINALLY getting into the market eventually. For this challenge I am planning to develope a series of videos, both instructional and promotional for products I have. I would also take these products, create Audio packages & CD packages for each.
Some, if not most of us have complete phase 1 and have move onto phase 2. There is not much info here, just 1 assignment & 1 quiz, THATS IT!! I am awaiting word on what the Theme for the phase 2 video will be. I asked this question to Russell in our last live training and he said it would be posted the next day.....well...that was 4 days ago...lol I know he is a busy man these days, but we need to get this information now. Some of us do not have the resources or tools to easily create these video's and it takes us longer. Phase 2 should be good...can't wait!
Finally, after MUCH trial and error, we uploaded our video for phase 1 of the $0 to $100 Million Dollar Challege. This is our 1st ever video!! It was definately a learning experience. I think we learned more on "what NOT to do" than what to do....lol

Look, We have a lot of people looking to learn here. Wether we are total newbies, or already on our way, but needing the help to reach new levels. We can not only learn from Russel, but learn from eachother too. This "challenge" presents a fantastic opportunity for us to make money an reach levels of success we though was always "meant for others". Opportunities such as this rarely comes along in life. We can literally take this as far as we wish. The ball has been placed in your court, it's time to "take the shot"! There are NO EXCUSES ANYMORE!
We have a product for development. We have our plans for a business model in place. We have front end products lined up and have plans to spin off our product into CD versions and Video Tutorials, as upsells, and even have the possibilities of live seminar's and workshops could come from all this.
The seeds for success have been planted!! I believe that was the intent of Phase 1, to plant the seeds. I feel like I am the seeds at times. I came from nowhere an am beginning to grow, taking me all the way to where we get to "Reap the Rewards" of our crop!
Where we are now in life, and how we got to this point.
I was in NYC, working as a Stone Mason for over 25 years, Jeanne in Tucson, AZ. She was going thru a major health issue, surviving breast cancer in 2003, which still was having it's effects. In 2005 she was also diagnosed with "Macular Degeneration", as condition that effects the blood vessels behind the eye, causing eventual partial or complete blindness. Her site was being effected enough that driving was out of the question, which rendered her "unemployable".
Things are starting to come together finally. I am knocking off the assignments, quizzes and by the end of today we will FINALLY have our 1st video entry uploae to YouTube. This was our first attempt at making video's and it definately was learning experience. Much trial & error and we couln't for the life of us figure out how to convert a powerpoint slide show presentation to video, so it can be uploaded to YouTube. What a struggle that was!!
