Online real estate is a great investment with high returns and low entry costs. Returns of 500 - 1000% are quite achievable in the short term be it through link rentals or outright site sales.

Russell your giving away too many secrets ;)

I've personally sold a site for $5,000 one month after I brought it for $500.00 off a forum.

Now is the time to buy!

I've found those sites geared for adsense niches actually work better has affiliate sites instead of earning $1-$3 per click I'm earning close to $10 per click (average includes those visitors who don't buy) using affiliate links.

Three things you need to check
1. The domain name matches the keywords for the niche
2. The domain hasn't been blacklisted from google adsense
3. Check the links to and from the site and get idea of it's basic value try http://dnscoop.com

Ok, so I got your email about the bonus, and I was excited. I've been looking at doing this for a while. So, got niche blueprint and it's awesome. But I wanted to flip a site so Nicole told me the other day that she was finally sending the course to me and I had an extra domain lying around.

Went and installed wordpress, through up a killer template and then customized it with some pretty cool things.
And I was just about to submit it and try to sell, and then I saw the big brown truck. It had the course.

So the course just came and I'm going to go through it, but I think this site I built is awesome, better than anything else I've seen on sitepoint - at least for a brand new site. And I'm going to learn a bit with the course and sell the site this weekend.

I'm stoked as hell and can't wait to see what this sells for. My first "flipped" site. how cool Thanks Russell, what an awesome gift.
