Type #1 - Online Membership Sites

I think that these require the least amout of work, and can bring you CRAZY amounts of money...
Type #2 - An offline print newsletter or CD/DVD of the month club.
This is the residual income program that I make the bulk of my residual money from. We currently have about 3,500 people on our print continuity program, each paying $39.97 a month.
Yes, if you do the math, it can be VERY exciting...
3,500 people X $39.97 a month = $139,895 a month
or $1,678,740 a year!

Type #3 - Online Software Programs
I created a lot of software programs when I first got started online, and just charged a 1 time fee to use them.
A little while later I got smart, and realized that I could make them membership style instead, and charge monthly to use them.
I've got quite a few of them, but one of my most famous examples is Digital Repo Man.

Type #4 - Online Network Marketing.
I'm currently involved in 3 network marketing companies, and all of them make me residual income each month.

I believe I should be taught how to generate at least $5000.00 per month from a systematic approach rather than lunging forward with over ambition with a crazy dream of suddenly falling down the motherlode, That's crazy hype...
Is there a systematic approach to each my $5000.00 per from a multiple stream on a residual basis?
The aim here is to keep it sweetly simple...Show me five programs that I can start up that gives me a return monthly of $1000.00 per month then with the guru extreme ability show me the next step on how to square that income therefore flipping my income generating level to $25,000.00 per month over a timespan of 6 - 12 months.
To achieve my $200,000.00 per strategy I would then need to double that $25000.00 to $50,000.00 per month then $100,000.00 then $200,000.00 per month over an etimated timespan of 24 to 36 months using a tested and proven step by step approach to build a consistent customer base along with the quality products and services that go along with this income building strategy.
I don't want to dream the dream that I can simple turn to a program that suddenly becomes a cashpoint of $200,000.00 per month that's too heavy for my head and unrealistic somewhat without a clearly defined approach with the necessary budgetary principle to attain such an achievement.
While $200,000.00 per month is achievable the decision making input has to be spot on as poor decisions prior to implementation and with such an objective in mind can prove demotivating and demoralising.

I first want to say, I hope the family is doing great and your new baby girl is fine.
Your one I watch online because you don't B.S. people like most marketers tend to do.
The points I have learned from you have helped me with my own business over and over.
It's my belief that residual income is better then any other form of marketing overall.
The reason in my opinion this stands so true is the fact that from one sale you are paid
over and over again without doing anything further to get that payment.It's locked in!
I know you were heading for a wrestling career in life, but I think your a better teacher.

I am someone on your email list who finds your blog very interesting. I am a physical education teacher in Australia who is looking for an additional income stream. Well, I have 2 of #1- http://EZNetGroup.net and http://Foreclosuredocs.com and while we do #2...we do not charge for it. I think we do #3 because of the first site and I do #4 with a Company called Youngevity which helps people live younger, longer.
Sorry, but anyone who says: The secret to creating membership sites without ANY work at all
is NOT doing the membership site for the benefit of the members...but for the cash they derive from it....and if they aren't putting in any work for their members...that's a temporary check.
As far as "How to FINALLY master network marketing online - no more talking to ANYONE - EVER" well, as a Professional Network Marketer who IS exclusively online (and has made 6 figures PER month)...I promise YOU that is NOT "network marketing" because you cannot build a solid network without talking to the people who are joining you. Again, that's a temporary check!
On Signup conversion and Attrition control secrets "How to get people to signup, and stay" my belief if if you are going to sign someone up...then you have a responsbility to them and if you don't live up to that responsibility...then they will "quit" on you EVERY time. There is no secret...

You asked to tell which streams of income I use. I use Multiple Streams of Income like multi level marketing, google adsense, affiliate marketing and online memberships at this moment.

I subscribe to your print magazine and love it! I really like all the great information you share not only on your blog but also in your magazine.
I think that residual income is definitely the way to go, but also building systems that are viral and will grow exponentially as your business grows.
As far as MLM goes - I have built a complete system that my team can simply plug into, and earn money from, outside of our primary business. This allows them to get started quickly making money, and stay long enough to enjoy the residual income that will come from MLM.
