Russell, I think you made a great choice for the recipient of the free home study course. Mitch obviously has a HUGE reason to take action and be successful. I was thinking once he does that, he can maybe help other parents of children w/ cancer develop their own businesses, as so many of them are financially devastated as a result of their children's conditions. What a great way to pay your generosity forward.

Thanks for doing the call, too. You provided a lot of great, but simple points that seem obvious but aren't necessarily easy to realize in the world of IM.

Thank you!!

Hi Russell - and congratulations to Mitch.

I just wanted to say that and that you made a very wise and caring choice. I can't think that there will be a single one of the 450 or so people who entered your contest - and what a response!... your lines were really jammed too, weren't they? - who would disagree with your decision. I must admit I only skimmed the entries from the top and didn't notice Mitch's, but I have to hand it to you, reading through all of those around midnight on New Year's Eve certainly is a great demonstration of the kind of hard work and conscientiousness that has 'got you where you are today'(as CJ in the UK hit comedy Reginald Perrin would say - see URL). I thought your presentation was great - the first time I've heard you live - and even before Mark Joyner and Tellman Knudson were mentioned, something about your physical/mental multi-tasking and general energy brought them to mind - I was only over at simpleology .com yesterday, following the intriguing 'white powder' email pitch.

So have a brilliant 2007, after all your hard work I thought it just needed someone to applaud it and your wise decision. So before I have what counts as an 'early marketing night' (its 2.23am here in England) I just wanted to say 'Way to go, Idaho :)'

Hi Russell:

I was on the call for about 20 minutes and then I totally lost the signal. I was very inspired my the new way of thinking that you presented about money- if I dont have the money how can I get the money and your passion- to make it work- as a newly wed, collegiate athlete on an academic scholarship. I also appreciate your willingness to continue to take risks and learn from what your non-success taught you. It was then that my phone lost the signal and I could not get back on!

I was really disappointed. I really wanted to hear you. I will get on the recorded call. Thanks for that priviledge.

I wanted to telll you a little about myself for a few reasona. Like you- what can it hurt to ask -all anyone can as is no,, right.. I really wanted to win the free course..but I actually fell asleep from being so tired last night before. I could tell you my story. Maybe we can cut a deal,... I believe your product works.. and I believe I can suceed with training- so I will give you 30% of all my profits the first 6 months.. if you allow me to enter into the course for free come to Boise and receive the training and set up my site as you specified for the first 5 and 100 people.

The bottom line is like you. I have sold my CD's, and continue to sell everything I own to live. I became disabled a short time ago- because of an industial acident where neither the State of Ct. nor the City of Hartford wanted to take responsibility for an sewage flood that filled the basement and infiltrated the AC and HVAC systems. Subsequently they affected my breathing and respiratory systems for 6 years now and the remaing year majorly while I was working. I went from being a star employee, athlete, with a masters degree running trainings for the state, for the NIH, working with clients, making $50K to having to leave my position voluntarily because it almost killed me. I almost died of bilateral pneumonia 3x, and have had asthma and other major respiratory complications that still remain. OSHA CAME IN LATER AND SAID THAT THE AIR QUALITY WAS BAD AND MANY EMPLOYEE HAVE LEFT. Medicines just to breathe cost over 4,000K a month and it took a while to get disability for which the state of ct denied me because I had asthma as a kid and adult they said I missed the pre exsiting exclusion by 3 days condition- it never stoped me from competing in college or high school. After a year I received disability from the government. After all my money and retirement was gone, Now on live on Social Security-selling CD, and other things to get gas and food.

No I am not looking for sympathy. You will probably get several of these stories. I can tell you are a hard and creative worker. It is better to outsource what you need e. I finally decided to get a part time job- because I need a computer and a connection to the internet to make this work. I am a part time sales rep for Hewlett Packard. Yet that money also goes to living. I wanted to be completely honest and not pull punches, with you.
Tell me what you think. Thanks for an Awesome profession and concise thoughtful energetic clear presntation.

Hello Russell,

A quick one. Last night on the call I thought that you were making an error and I thought that it would be corrected today. However, it seems that you made the same error on your website. Do you really mean that the 5th person would in addition to getting access at your $2739.73 a day Weekend workshop also get a copy of your "Public Domain - How To" package. Seems to me that the 5th place person gets more than those from 2nd to 4th. I suspect that it's an error. Maybe I'm too late in pointing it out but I thought I would anyway. I tried hard to win the free DotCom Home Course but I must agree with your decision, I think that Mitch Ripke is a deserving winner and I am rooting for him to do well as I know that the money he makes could make a difference to his son who has cancer. Russell I really admire you. Best regards to all at DotCom Secrets and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to you and your family.
Michael.

PS: I've tried five times to purchase your package but failed each time. I'll try later as I am at the J.O.B. now.

PPS: Does my observation qualify me for anything? Just asking?
